The center was founded by Grand Master Ark Y Wong in the 70's. The purpose of forming the center is to preserve the traditional teaching of the Ng Ga Kuen system fundamentals, forms, concept, theory, philosophy and martial art etiquette. After GM Wong's passing in 1987, Sifu Seming Ma is continuing with this tradition. Under Seming's direction members of the center are dedicated to practice and teach Ng Ga Kuen the traditional way.
